We are partners in the Swedish Centre for Impacts of Climate Extremes (CLIMES) which studies climate extremes and supports societal resilience.

RISE’s Role

RISE brings AI and data analysis capabilities to help understand patterns in extreme weather events and develop tools for predicting and responding to climate impacts.

Impact

This research helps Sweden and other countries prepare for and adapt to the increasing frequency and intensity of extreme weather events driven by climate change.
